At the extraordinary general meeting in Azelio AB (publ), the shareholders resolved upon the following:
Long-term incentive program
The extraordinary general meeting resolved, in accordance with the proposal of the board of directors, to adopt a long-term incentive programme directed to the CEO and certain members of the executive management in Azelio, in total eight persons. The incentive program comprises the issuance of not more than 2,200,000 warrants.
